Wow, great animation :) You do know how to make a animate smoothly.
One thing I didn't like was that it were like "pauses" after the characters spoke and such, which made everything a bit stiff, even though the animation wasn't.
You can see the same problem in the first Family Guy episodes. But now, they don't have that problem anymore, and everything feels more natural :) I hope you'll learn to make the animations natural too, because then your animations will be flawless... truly flawless :3

This is the reasons:
1) Not so good humor :)
2) The animation is not so good. I think you already know that, but I can't give you a good score.
3) Sooo many tweeeeens o.0
4) The lines around their heads is too big.
5) Sometimes you use real backgrounds, and sometimes not... chose!

Motion tweens are a lot easier to use than constantly redrawing everything... I started using them a ton when I got tired of making it after 4 months. I sometimes use pictures for backgrounds because it's difficult drawing desks and putting them all on separate layers, along with drawing people BEHIND the desks. The drawing is a style. No one really has a right to complain about the drawings too much, maybe the animation, but for drawings, some people just draw certain ways.

Like the "no brain zombie"-joke is from The Simpssons.
Other then that it was pretty good :D

I didn't really steal it from the simpsons, but it is a pretty obvious joke so I'm sure it's been done before.
it was more the hole in the ground that was the centerpiece and the "no brain" the only way I knew how to end the sketch with a punchline.
